Terms of Service

*By commissioning a custom piece of artwork from me, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. I will always provide a link to this page, it is on you to read them over and understand my rules. I reserve the right to decline any commission request without a given reason, even if I have spaces open. Please don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on any of these terms. *Accepted Subjects
-Any animal or fantasy creature species
-LGBTQ themed pieces or characters
-Couple/ship art
-SFW, NSFW, or suggestive themesWhat I Won’t Draw
-Drug or substance use themes of any kind (including alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pills, or marijuana)
-Racist, sexist, homophobic, nazi, or other harmful themes
-I reserve the right to decline any subject I am not comfortable withPayment Process
*-Payment is upfront through Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal
-Payment plans for commissions $200+ are available. I require 40% upfront and the rest within 1-2 months. The deposit is nonrefundable, failure to complete future payments will result in a cancellation of the commission. All payments besides the deposit will be refunded. Payments must be specified and dated before deposit is paid.
-Tips are greatly appreciated but not required *Refunds
-Refunds are not available unless your commission is not completed within 3 weeks of the deadline and the customer requests oneCompletion Times
*-I set deadlines for all my commissions usually 1-2 months depending on the size of the commission
-I will update your whenever I make progress *Credit
-You may repost your commissioned art onto social media as long as you properly credit me by tagging or linking my website

*-I offer two revisions of a sketch before charging a fee for additional concepts. Once the sketch is approved, any additional edits will require a fee. The fee depends on the requested edit.
-Please make sure your reference sheet is unshaded and accurate to avoid problems with revisions. I am not responsible for character design mistakes if your reference sheet is not clear. You are responsible for making me aware of anything not clear on the reference sheet.
-If you have something specific in mind like a pose or emotion, please say so in as much detail as you want before I start
-You may not edit the art yourself *Monetization
*-A fee can be paid for commercial rights to your commission, this must be discussed and approved before I start. The fee depends on what you intend on using the art for.
-Otherwise, you may not use the art on merchandise or anything that will make you a profit
-Please ask for further clarification if needed *Communication **
*-Communication between the customer and I is to be professional and cordial
-Small talk, venting, or asking for constant updates is not allowed and I will give you a warning *PTU Base Rules
-Do not redistribute my bases
-Do not remove, lower the opacity, or move my watermark
-Do not trace my bases
-Do not use my bases to promote zoophillia, pedophillia, or other harmful ideals
-You can use my bases for personal profit such commissions or adopts with credit to me
-You may not sell merchandise like stickers using my bases. Making stickers for personal use like handing out at conventions is okay!
-You must credit me properly when posting your base art on social media by providing a direct link to my social media profile or website.Adoptable Rules
*-You can resell, gift, or trade adopts at your discretion
-I do not care if you sell it for more than you bought it
-You can edit the design as much as you want, but do not edit the original file of the adopt.
